I’m a wife and mother of three children, choir member, praise dancer, and a cheer mom. I have an amazing husband who does his best to provide for us every single day! We are the typical American family, working toward financial freedom, budgeting, and dealing with the challenges that come with raising children in today’s fast-moving world.
My frugal journey started when I was a child. My father loved to save money and my mom loved to spend it. My dad use to have my sisters and I cutting coupons for things we wanted from the store. We would go to about three or four stores to do our grocery shopping. I did not understand it then, but now it makes so much sense to me. If we did not find a coupon, then we probably did not get it. Now to fast forward ahead: I have a child in college and my husband and I were not prepared for the many challenges that lay ahead. My husband and I have decided to go back to being frugal. It is rewarding to SAVE and to SAVE A LOT!
