We are starting a feature to our blog- We love hearing and seeing all the great savings our readers accomplish every week so we thought lets reward them for their hard work!!

*Here’s the deal every week email us your pictures of your savings with a brief description of the transaction and we will post it here! Throughout the week people (don’t forget to ask your friends and family ) will vote for their favorite Haul and the winner will receive a prize!! Then every 3 months we will put all the winners from each week into a drawing for a bigger prize!!!

I did this trip on Jan 29, 2012

It was 4 transactions.

In total everything cost $175.28, but after coupons I paid $2.03.
I used the $10.00 off Crest white strips coupons from this past weekend’s
P&G insert.(4 in each transaction) I also used 1 Milk Bone coupon (buy 2 dog snacks and
get Milk Bone chewy dog snack free) from the previous weeks insert.
As you can see by the pictures I got cases of water, hamburger,
bakery buns, candy bars, Charcoal, Spatula, cat food (on Bogo),
dog treats, and 16 packages of Crest White strips.

I thought it was a pretty good trip. I got a couple of things I didn’t have coupons for but thought they were still a fairly good deal. I LOVE shopping at Publix!!!

Ok, ladies… Here is the haul!!! all of the products (except for the 7 at the bottom right) came to $57.13!! (saved $217.30… and that savings is off the sale prices, not the retail prices!). (I actually have 8 of the Dawn, one is missing) 8 Dawn, 6 Downy, 2 Liquid Tide, 4 Pantene spray bottles, 3 Olay wipes, 6 Pantene damaged hair stuff, 7 powder Tide, 6 Aussie products, 2 Pantene products, 1 Old Spice body wash, 3 Olay cleansers…. Then the Joico, Catwalk, Rusk and Spiker products were all on clearance and came to $22.87 (Retailed for over $105) no coupons for these products… Oh, all the pantene products were $2.67 clearance, and had a Q for $3/2!! So the total between the two transactions came to $80.00, and the retail value is $322.30. This was part of the P&G promo last week.

So I had over to Kroger this morning to see what I could round up. I got 5 packs of Mentos Up 2 U gum $1 each and I used $1 off manufacturer coupon, 2 packs of Bic pens $1 and I used $1 off manufacturer coupon, 1 roll of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls $1.99 and I used .50 cents off manufacturer coupon, and lastly I bought 5 packages of Johnsonville sausage $2.50 and I used $1.50 off manufacturer coupon. So total out of pocket was $6 before tax.

Kroger is having a Proctor and Gamble stock up sale, so the body wash was $3.49 with $1 off if you buy four or more which made it $2.49 and I had $2 off coupons for each, the hot sauce was $1.49 I had .40 coupons that doubled to .80, the popcorn was $1.59 I had .50 coupons that doubled to $1, the Carefree was $1.09, I had a .50 coupon that doubled, the gum was $1, I had a $1 off coupon, I had coupons to get the 3 food items for free, the Covergirl was $2.55 but when you buy four or more they are $1.55, I had six $2.50 off two Covergirl products…

Target – Transaction #1 – 1 Rimmel Eyeshadow, $2.49 ($2 off manuf. coupon and $1 off Target coupon), Renuzit 94 cents ($1 off coupon), index cards 84 cents (no coupon but 51 cents overage from eyeshadow), Suave Professionals Holding Spray $2.60, used coupon for a free Sauve product (mail). Total 61 cents.

Transaction 2 – 1 Rimmel Eyeshadow, $2.49 ($2 off manuf. coupon and $1 off Target coupon), Renuzit ($1 off coupon). Total 9 cents. The cashier entered the $2 coupon as $1.49,claiming that she could not enter the coupons for more than the merchandise actually costs, stating that she did it on the first transaction in error.

Staples – Kleen Earth Recycled Scissors ($10.99-email coupon to get them for $1), 2 packs of highlighters on clearance for 50 cents each. Total $0 (I used my $2 Staples rewards from recycling an ink cartridge).

Rite Aid – FridgePak 18 can cooler ($14.99) on sale for $7.49, used 10% off shopping pass and $3.50 in Up rewards. Total $3.64.

Publix – Two Land o Lakes spreads on sale BOGO ($2.49), used two 40 cents coupons which doubled to 80 cents each ($1.60). Total 94 cents

JCPenny – Liz Clairborne boxed Jewelry Set ($18) on sale for $10.80, used $10 off any Liz Clairborne purchase of $10 or more (email). Total 86 cents.

Kohl’s – Two sets of Sonoma 2 pack dish cloths, $6.99 each, on sale BOGO, used $5 Kohl’s cash coupon (email). Total $2.13.

Old Navy – Blue Zippered Hoody ($19.94) on sale for $12.00, used $10 e-gift card (which was a freebie). Total $2.13

Total before coupons: $73.89

Total after coupons: $11.57

Hannah Scored Big at Publix !! “This is today’s trip, I’m planning on one more trip tomorrow. 6 boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios, 3 cans of Gerber Graduates, 2 sticks of Degree deodorant, 3 boxes of Lucky Charms treat bars, 1 box of Honey Nut Cheerio treat bars, 5 Bic Lighters, and 2 packages of Mt Olive jalapeno slices. Walgreens stop. Paid $38.02 for 10 bottles of laundry detergent, 2 bottles of fabric softner, 3 cans of coffee, 4 shave gels, 8 bottles of soda, 8 cans of oranges, 2 razors, 4 bodywash, 6 candy bars, 8 rawhide bones (dogs got to some before I could take picture) 5 dog toys, 3 large boxes dog biscuits, and 8 bags of dog treats. retail over $250.00

Kmart. 6 boxes hamb. helper, 2 boxes brownies,4 cake mixes, 4 frosting, 5 boxes of cereal, 3 cans of pringles, 1 box instant coffee, 3 hormel meals, sugar wafers, 2 pk flush wipes, 4 pks dixie cups, 8 pks dixie cups w/ lids and straws, 12 bars soap, 2 rolls tape, 2 pks perm. markers, 4 shave cream, diswasher detergent, dishwasher cleaner, 1 J &J lotion, 4 hair remover, 4 pr kid jeans and 1 kid shirt. oh and 4 bottles of lemonade $90.00. Retail almost $300

All of this for $13.06 and got a $5 target card for the purchase so if you take that off the total is $8.06. The toal sale price for this stuff before coupons was $45.49 for a savings of $32.43 plus $ 5 gift card. Not too shabby
